False Arrest/Excessive Force

We represent our clients at the State and Federal levels in claims including false arrest and police misconduct involving excessive force. The police may only arrest you when they have "probable cause" to believe that 1) A crime was committed and that 2) you committed the crime.   During the course of an arrest the police do not have the right to use excessive force.

If you or someone you know has been involved in an incident with the police which led to the dismissal of criminal charges or resulted in physical injury you  may have a civil rights claim against the state or government.  Contact our office to discuss your case.
